Las Mimosas is a spacious and luxurious villa, located at Benalup (Costa de la Luz - Cadiz - Andalousie).
You can enjoy the tranquillity of the beautiful Spanish countryside in the shadow of a mimosa tree.

This villa offers a delightful view of the “Las Lomas” valley: an unending series of fields of all sorts of crops unfold at your feet, there is even a rice field. Wherever you look, your eyes can enjoy purely natural surroundings. In the distance you can see the Facinas windmills and you can even get a glimpse of Morocco much further away.

On the ground floor of the house there is an impressive entrance hall with a guest toilet, a spacious bedroom for 2 (180cm) with a bathroom, a lovely family room with a TV (satellite, internet wifi) and a fireplace, the dining room and the entirely fitted kitchen (combo-oven, dishwasher, fridge). Next to the kitchen there is a pantry with a freezer, a washing machine and a dryer.

The entrance hall leads to the floor below via a large staircase. Here there are 3 bedrooms for 2 people (3x180cm), each with its own bathroom (sink, toilet, shower). One of the bathrooms has a bathtub. Two bedrooms have a view of the swimming pool (5mx10m), and the third room is at the back of the house. On this floor there is a storage room for the garden furniture and so on.

The living room and kitchen have sliding doors leading out to the spacious and covered terrace (barbecue). A staircase leads to the level below and to the private swimming pool.

In “Las Mimosas”, you can really forget your troubles and relax, surrounded by all items of comfort. The temperature inside the house can be set using a climate control system (air-conditioning in summer, heating in spring and autumn). It is delightful to enjoy being outdoors in the shadow of the covered terrace or the bougainvillea-covered pergola.

The holiday home is located on the domain of Benalup golf resort. This course offers broad fairways, challenging bunkers and the occasional water hazard. Golfers of all levels can indulge in this golf resort. But non-golfers can also enjoy this location. As an additional asset you can also use the many hotel facilities (for a fee). For example the indoor swimming pool, the spa and its fitness centre, as well as the tennis courts. You can enjoy a nice/lovely/delicious breakfast, lunch or a drink with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.

A fifteen-minute drive will take you to the adventure park Wakana with lots of challenging activities for young and old! Such as treetop climbing, an adventure trail and different water sports. Andalucia is known for its horses: in the area there are several possibilities and beautiful riding schools where you can take lessons. The closest beach is El Palmar (known as a good surf spot) and it’s only a 25-minute drive, along beautiful white villages. Be sure to visit the white village of Vejer, which was chosen: the most beautiful village in Spain.

For shopping you can go into the town: Benalup Casas Viejas (+/-1km). You will also find typical Spanish restaurants here.

Every Tuesday, the Spanish cleaning lady will come between 10:00am and 1:00pm. She will make sure you get fresh towels, sheets and the necessary clean items. Pool available from 01/05 until 15/10. Note: the airco is to be paid at the spot at the price of 0,30 per kWh
