On the first floor there is only the master double suite with air conditioning and a wonderful terrace with outdoor furniture, shower and a fabulous sea view.
This property has air conditioning only in the bedrooms.

The large living room is very comfortable with a fireplace, equipped with LCD TV, foreign television channels, internet and has access to the outdoor dining area, barbecue, swimming pool and garden.

The well-equipped kitchen and laundry room for guest use are the delight of those who like to cook.

The swimming pool can be heated by paying a daily supplement of €80 (minimum cost per stay: €560). We also request a 72-hour pre-warning (time it takes to reach the set temperature). The pool heating system raises the temperature by approximately 3°C to 5°C warmer than a pool that is not heated.
