Located at the foot of the famous Sintra-Cascais National Park, Ocean Guincho Villa is a magnificent property that sprawls over three floors and boasts extensive private grounds.

Views of the Atlantic Ocean in the distance can be accessed at all times from the covered terrace that runs the length of the villa or from the salt water pool.

The interior of the villa was recently done up, and has a chic modern feel to it. Kitted out with its own flash bar area, complete with a pool and table football, as well as extensive sofa spaces and a flat-screen TV, there is certainly not a lack of entertainment at the Guincho Ocean Villa. To top it all off, the villa has its very own private cinema room, complete with an oval shaped sofa and state of the art screen. The Guincho Ocean Villa features six en-suite bedrooms with their own colour schemes. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and inviting, each boasting large windows that shed light into the rooms. The bathrooms are done-up in beautiful tiles, some featuring huge baths and each with its own power shower. The master suite has an extensive private balcony which is the perfect spot to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets with an evening cocktail in hand. Every bedroom either has a balcony or a terrace with views of the ocean beyond.

The outside of the Villa is just as impressive as the inside.

The large, salt-water swimming pool is surrounded by sun beds for the entire party and a terraced area that leads onto the lush grass gardens. There are multiple outdoor dining areas, both covered and un-covered. An L-shaped white outdoor sofa beneath a slat-wooden overheard canopy complete with its own modern art is an excellent place to enjoy the views from, as is the large dining table positioned next door to the pool.

The stunning pink Portuguese sunsets can be viewed from all these areas.
