Villa Isabella – Luxury Family Villa for up to 10 Guests

Villa Isabella comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families. In addition to a private outdoor swimming pool, the villa features a well-equipped games room with a pool table, table football, and a PS3 games console with a selection of games.

Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen television, and all TVs throughout the villa have access to Netflix. High-speed, reliable fibre broadband provides excellent coverage throughout the house and gardens, and there is also a dedicated small workspace, ideal for remote working or study.

Living & Dining Areas

The Lounge
The spacious lounge comfortably seats 10 guests across three leather sofas. It features a large flat-screen smart TV with access to Portuguese terrestrial channels and Lazer TV via the Lazer app, which includes a selection of English channels.

From the lounge and dining area, three sets of double doors provide direct access to the back garden, creating a bright and open living space.

The Games Room
Perfect for teenagers, the games room includes a pool table, table football, a PS3 with a variety of games, and a selection of board games. There is also an L-shaped sofa bed, which can accommodate 1–2 additional younger guests on request.

Kitchen & Dining
The modern, fully fitted kitchen includes an integrated dishwasher, combination and microwave ovens, induction hob, American-style fridge-freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A large serving hatch opens onto a contemporary metal-topped dining table, which seats up to 10 guests.

The kitchen also provides direct access to the outdoor barbecue area.

A separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, steam generator iron, and ironing board.

Bedrooms
The villa offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms or bathrooms. Each bedroom features a flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player and online content access, dual air-conditioning/heating units, wall heaters, and hairdryers.

Principal Suite
Located at the rear of the villa and overlooking the south-facing garden, the Principal Suite features a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe with dressing table, and a spacious en-suite shower room with double sinks. Two sets of double doors provide direct access to the upper terrace.

Bedroom 2
Also situated at the rear of the house, Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, large fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with bidet. This bedroom also has direct access to the upper terrace.

Bedroom 3
Located at the front of the villa, Bedroom 3 can be configured as either a twin (two single beds) or a double (king-size bed). It includes a walk-in wardrobe area and an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 4
Similar to Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4 can be arranged as a twin or a king-size double and features a walk-in wardrobe area and an en-suite shower room.

Outdoor Areas
The private swimming pool measures 11m x 4m, with a consistent depth of 1.4m. Pool heating is available year-round via a heat pump with a minimum of 3 days’ notice, at an additional cost of €70 per day (minimum charge per stay: €490). The temperature is well maintained when the pool cover is used. The pool heating system raises the temperature by approximately 3°C to 5°C warmer than a pool that is not heated.

The pool area is surrounded by a rockery garden and lawn, with sun loungers for 8 guests and 4 umbrellas for shade. An outdoor table tennis table is also available.

Beyond the parking area lies a wildflower zone bordered by olive, almond, and citrus trees, with open farmland beyond the property boundary.

Outdoor Dining & Terraces
A built-in brick barbecue is located adjacent to the kitchen, alongside a large glass-topped rattan dining table with armchairs for 10 guests. This area is shaded by two sail shades.

The shaded downstairs terrace offers a cooler retreat with two small drinks tables and seating. The upstairs terrace is the perfect spot for a peaceful sunrise coffee, featuring a small black low table and two chairs.

Tourist Tax
