A highlight is the impressive solid wood ceiling and the terrace on the top floor of the house, equipped with sunbeds, an outdoor shower and dining area, with spectacular views of the natural monument of Roque Nublo. The house has a large bedroom with a 1.50 m double bed and a 50" Smart-TV, a living room with another 65" Smart-TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, an outdoor breakfast terrace, and a spacious modern bathroom with shower.

The town center is about 10 minutes walking distance away. Tejeda has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a Biosphere Reserve, has been named Top Rural European and is one of the prettiest towns in Spain. Strolling through its emblematic streets and squares is an unforgettable experience, as well as enjoying the Canarian gastronomy in the different restaurants and cafes in the area. Museums, the Island Center of Medicinal Plants, handicrafts and the famous almond sweets of the area, make for a memorable experience. Hiking enthusiasts will find trails leading directly from the house to the Caldera de Tejeda, as well as to the rest of the island. A holiday home for lovers of nature, disconnection and relaxation, looking for a different experience at the top of the island, away from the crowded tourist centers.
