The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning (brand new, installed in June 2024), making it ideal for year-round holiday rentals. The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights.
