This spectacular air-conditioned apartment is brand new and equipped with high standard features. clean and comfortable. There is a double bedroom with direct access to the balcony and garden, a spacious open space leaving the room with LCD TV, cable channels and internet, the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Also, with direct access to the outdoor features and pool. The pool area is very calm and private.

The Apartment is located on the ground floor, however inside the block, you have to go downstairs to the -2 floor. On the other hand, you have private and direct acess from the balcony to the pool, with beautiful garden and pool view's from your balcony.
Garden Hill located literally about 5/10 minutes walking from the beach of Albufeira, where you can easily walk either to the Old Town, which is 800 meters away or to the Marina. It’s ideal for those who want a car-free holiday because everything is within walking distance, beach, supermarkets, restaurants and bars and many other services. There’s a variety of water-parks and marinas/zoos for the children. Watersports on the beaches, horse-riding and the most wonderful walking country all within easy reach.
The Algarve Shopping and famous restaurants for the Chicken Piri-Piri and other famous beaches such as Salgados, Gale, São Rafael are only 8-10 minutes’ drive.Important Note: There is no reception at this complex!

The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount will be paid directly to the Municipality a few days before arrival and is not included in the quotes generated on our website, so we kindly ask you to take this into consideration.
