Casa da Bia offers all the comfort and facilities to accommodate 8 people, with 1 double rooms and 3 twin rooms, which 1 is with in suite bathroom, 3 bathrooms, dining room and a large living room with a fireplace satellite TV, DVD and CD player, kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher and other small extras to make your holiday easier.
This property has air conditioning only in the bedrooms.

On the outside has an excellent swimming pool with all the necessary furniture, green areas, a spacious barbecue area and a large table. Also has an extraordinary terrace on the roof with sea view where you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Casa da Bia is the perfect holiday home for those who wish to enjoy the wonderful beaches of the Algarve, but also has the peace that only the countryside can offer.

The villa is located in Balaia, about 1.5 km from Maria Luisa beach, and 2.5 km from the Oura Strip. Close by there is access to various facilities such as the market, bank, pharmacy and restaurants. The Algarve Shopping and famous restaurants for the Chicken Piri-Piri, and other famous beaches such Salgados, Galé, São Rafael are only within a 15 minutes drive.

The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights.
