Fantastic apartment in a complex inspired by the traditional architecture of the Algarve. It is located in the center of Albufeira, but in a quiet area, with panoramic views overlooking the city and beaches. Praia do Peneco is just a 7/8 minute walk away, as is the center with its bars and restaurants. The apartment has a terrace/garden, and within the complex there are many parking spaces. This apartment is an ideal choice for families or couples.

The spacious one bedroom apartment is well decorated and has a bathroom with bathtub, cable TV, fiber optic internet and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has air conditioning.
In the outdoor area there is a swimming pool (towels are provided) as well as a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. Guests can also play tennis (upon reservation but we provide rackets and boals) and during the summer months there is a mini market for the day to day basics.

Within the complex there is also the "Windmill" Restaurant which is an old dream that has come true, as they have restored the historic Windmill which has been transformed into a 12-seat Unique Restaurant, known for excellent hospitality and food, combined with an unique atmosphere (reservation required and for adults only).

The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount will be paid directly to the Municipality a few days before arrival and is not included in the quotes generated on our website, so we kindly ask you to take this into consideration.
