Welcome to this luxurious and newly produced apartment in Navigolf, in La Cala de Mijas. Just a stone's throw from the apartment is La Noria Golf which is a 9-hole course. The apartment is located in a quiet and newly produced area of a higher standard, here you have a wonderful view of the golf course and the area. There are both a LIDL and ALDI a short walk away and also several restaurants, bars and cafes. To the beach it takes less than 14 minutes to walk and slightly shorter to Central La Cala de Mijas where you have a wide gastronomic selection, here you will find food from all corners of the world and cocktail bars with drinks from heaven. A short drive away is also the Riviera Sport Club with several paddle courts, tennis courts and gym. The popular Max Beach is also located in the Riviera del Sol. In La Cala you also have the UNICO Beach Club. When you step through the apartment you are met by a large and social living room with open floor plan to the kitchen, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, spacious fridge and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle and everything else you could need on vacation. Further towards the living room you have a beautiful dining area for up to 6 people, a comfortable and large sofa in front of the large smart TV with several apps such as netflix, youtube etc. Further from the living room you come out on the sunny terrace where you have a dining area, sun loungers and a lovely charcoal grill. There are 3 bedrooms where the masterbedroom has a large double bed, own access to the terrace, as well as the ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed and its own access to the terrace. The third bedroom also has a double bed with its own access to the terrace. There is an additional bathroom and a toilet. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms (central), dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker. The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
