located in Forallac, an idyllic setting in the heart of the Baix Empordà
region. The farmhouse, restored at the end of 2017, is surrounded by fields and
nature, with impressive views of the wonderful landscape of the Empordà and is
just 15 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches and coves of the Costa
Brava, such as Aiguablava, Tamariu, Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell. Enjoy

swimming pool, the tranquillity and natural beauty of the surroundings, the
perfect combination between the antiquity of the farmhouse and the modernity of
the decoration and facilities, together with the quality materials used
throughout the house, make Can Puig Sec premium accommodation, ideal for
disconnecting and truly enjoying an unforgettable holiday. The distribution of
its terraces and beautiful exterior spaces invite you to sit back and relax,
and the comfort of the interior rooms make you feel totally at home. Can Puig
Sec, is a large farmhouse that is distributed over two floors: The ground floor
is at the level of the garden, with various terraces and the swimming pool.
Stepping inside there is a magnificent open plan space integrating the kitchen
and dining room. Its very spacious and fully equipped with top range appliances
and presided over by a large dining table, ideal for enjoying the wonderful
cuisine of the area in the company of family and friends. This fabulous area
also incorporates a fantastic indoor barbecue. From the kitchen you have access
to a splendid terrace, where you can enjoy alfresco meals. On this same level
there is a reading room which also has direct access to the outside terrace.
Courtesy toilet. The right wing of the house consists of a living room with a
television and a large, bright living room with large windows and direct access
to the terrace and the garden area at the main entrance to the property. From
the living room you can access a double room, which connects to a
multifunctional games room, with a pool table and an additional double bed. In
front of these rooms there is a bathroom with a shower and a bath with a
beautiful bathtub. Both rooms have direct access to the garden area. The upper
floor has 4 rooms: The main room is a beautiful suite, which includes a living
room with TV and fireplace, a large private bathroom with shower and access to
a fantastic terrace and the pool area. On this same floor we find a room with
two beds, which offers a private bathroom with shower, a room with a double bed
and private bathroom with shower and another room with a double bed. Outside,
the farmhouse is surrounded by a large and pleasant garden where we find the
wonderful pool area, with a stone terrace and a large lawn area where you can
cool down and sunbathe. Very close to the swimming pool, there is a fantastic
chill-out area with a summer kitchen and barbecue, perfectly equipped and
furnished to enjoy delicious summer meals or relax with a drink on the sofa.
From all this area you can enjoy a splendid view of the farmhouse itself, the
extensive garden and the wonderful landscape that the "Empordanet" offers. In
addition to the main farmhouse, and right next to it, we find a small
independent house, distributed on two levels: The lower floor has a living room
with a fireplace and an open kitchen. On the upper floor there is a bedroom
with a double bed, single bed and a bathroom with shower. The house has air
conditioning, washing area and parking [hidden] price includes a service person
4 hours a day, from Monday to Saturday. Capacity: 15 people.
