with an exquisite Mediterranean decoration, it is located in the residential
area of Aigua Gelida, just 1.5 km away. from the charming beach of Tamariu and
next to the stairs that lead to the walking path. The large glass windows turn
this exclusive property into an incomparable setting designed to enjoy the sea
view from any space in the house. It is the ideal house for your rest and to
enjoy a wonderful holiday, thanks to the tranquility of the surroundings and
the privacy of the property; the pool is located directly on the sea. The
interior of the house enjoys exceptional light, through the large windows.
Villa Illa Blanca is divided into four levels: The entrance floor consists of a
spectacular, very spacious and bright living-dining room, which constitutes the
day area and invites you to relax. The whole area enjoys a fantastic view of
the sea and direct access to the large outdoor terrace area where we have the
ideal outdoor place to rest and relax in this unique place, thanks to the
impressive sea view . Going down one floor we find the night area with 5
bedrooms: Suite 1: A double suite with access to a large corner terrace and a
large bathroom with shower. Suite 2: A double suite with access to the terrace
and a bathroom with shower. Suite 3: A double suite with access to the terrace
and a bathroom with shower. Suite 4: A double suite with access to the terrace
and a bathroom with shower. Suite 5: A master double suite from which we have
access to a large corner terrace and an exclusive bathroom integrated into the
rock of the property with a beautiful bathtub and also a shower area. All rooms
have fantastic sea views, independent air conditioning and television. On this
same floor we also have a courtesy bathroom and a laundry area with two washing
machines and a dryer. We go down to the floor where we will enjoy the splendid
pool area where we find a courtesy bathroom, and a large fully equipped open
kitchen with a large central island from which we have access to the impressive
outdoor area of the pool and the ' barbecue area where we can enjoy delicious
meals, thanks to the surroundings and the impressive sea view. Finally, on the
top floor of this jewel we have a gym area with its own bathroom with shower
and access to the terrace. From the gym a corridor from which we have a window
that overlooks the inside of the pool gives access to two suites of the
property. Suite 6: A double suite with a bathroom with shower and sea view.
