Hispanoa's Fight for the Best Prices

For 13 years, Hispanoa has been fighting, despite being registered in France and not in a tax haven like most booking sites, to offer you the best rates. We provide all-inclusive rates, so please be cautious of overly enticing rates that often hide mandatory supplements to be paid on-site.

We have chosen to work with the narrowest possible profit margins to be as close as possible to economic realities and allow everyone to afford the stay that suits their desires and needs.

To validate these intentions, Hispanoa commits to refunding the difference if you find the same property for a lower price (within 72 hours of your reservation request on hispanoa.com) on a French booking site managed by a French company and subject to French legislation and taxation. We will refund the price difference and (in addition) the booking fees.

The difference must be on the gross rent amount excluding fees, optional extras, and insurance.

To be valid, any request must be submitted by email to info@hispanoa.com. It must be supported by evidence of the difference (e.g., a screenshot of the property listing on the competitor's site or the link's address), specifying the name of that site.

After verification on the competitor's site, the refund of the difference and the booking fees will be made by a discount on the amount of your reservation.

However, this refund is limited within the framework of regulations prohibiting selling at a loss, in cases where the observed price is incorrect or the result of a data entry error.
