1. Your booking and payment
Our Hispanoa Travel Consultants are at your disposal from Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 6.30pm (French local time), Sundays (from mid-May to the end of August) and French public holidays from 10am to 6pm (French local time):

2. Your rental and your arrival
Contact directly our local partner (real estate agency, concierge or owner), manager of the reserved accommodation, who will welcome you and give you the keys. Their contact details (number, email address and postal address) will be indicated on your booking form which you will receive by email at least 15 days before the start of the rental period (remember to check your junk mail).
3. The organisation of your stay and other questions
For reasons of speed and simplicity of information exchange, we advise you to contact our local partner to organise your holiday and for any other questions relating to your stay in the area. They will then be able to give you more details about the accommodation booked, the destination chosen and add any optional services they offer as extras, if necessary.
