The house is located on the outskirts of Alaró, a small quiet village in the western part of the island at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. There you will find several restaurants, supermarkets and some services. In addition, in the vicinity there are numerous natural routes perfect for hiking. Moreover, it is only 10 minutes by car from the Serra de Tramuntana and its picturesque villages or less than 30 minutes by car from the beaches of Palma, the capital of the island.
