Fully equipped and very functional kitchenette, the living room can accommodate 2 more people with its comfy sofa bed. Balcony with outdoor furniture, TV, WIFI, and gym are some of the facilities the accommodation offers. Due to its excellent location, this apartment is booked very easily.

Spacious one-bedroom apartment with approximately 60 m2, located on the first floor and with privileged access to the condominium's swimming pool. The property consists of a kitchenette equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, espresso coffee machine (Nespresso), Dining room area for 4 people. The bedroom with a double bed has air conditioning, wardrobe, and a balcony with outdoor furniture. Living room with sofa bed for 2 people. TV, WIFI. Guests will have free access to the condominium's swimming pool and special conditions for using the gym.

The access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the property. Parking in front of the condominium (no reservation available). Located 10 minutes from the beaches of Albufeira (Oura and Santa Eulalia) and just 5 minutes from the Strip. Exclusive access to condominium facilities with outdoor pool. The accommodation is not suitable for meetings or parties of any kind. House rules must always be respected. The maximum number of occupants allowed in any booking is 4 people.
