The Formentera Apartment is a charming 2-bedroom apartment, enjoying a privileged location in the Oura area, Albufeira. Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends seeking a relaxing holiday close to wonderful beaches and all amenities.

This apartment is located on the second floor and is equipped with air conditioning and free internet. It features a spacious living/dining room and a kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. It also has a bathroom with a shower, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds), and a wonderful balcony with direct access through the main bedroom and living room, with a table, chairs, and a parasol, where you can enjoy the enchanting view over the gardens and pools.

This apartment is situated in a complex with beautiful gardens and an outdoor pool for adults and children.

Due to its privileged location, a short distance away you will find all amenities, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and beaches, as well as various golf courses. The Oura beach, the closest, is just a 10-minute walk away.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests.
The 5th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
