In the heart of the most sought-after location in Albufeira, Algarve, we present our superb little guesthouse Vista del Mar, located in the old town. The space is divided into 3 bedrooms, two balconies with sea views - one with 2 sun loungers, the other with an outdoor dining table and barbecue - a kitchen equipped with the essentials for a balanced holiday, a living room with an indoor dining table, two bathrooms with showers and one bathroom with a toilet only. The entire space is renovated and is typical of the Algarve - small and suitable dimensions but ideal for your holiday. Our space has Wi-Fi and TV with channels. The sea view is what we appreciate most about our house; from this location you can see all of Praia dos Pescadores and the following beaches. No need for a car here, everything is on site, less than 5 minutes away! The beach is located 1 minute from the beach, on foot! Parking is available 5 minutes from the house's square. Anything you can imagine doing on this property will always be accompanied by the sound of the sea.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT / INSURANCE
We require a security deposit (€100 per person) to be paid on the day of check-in. This amount will be returned on the day of check-out if there is no damage to the property. Guests must have insurance in case of any problems.

We require payment of utility bills for long-term bookings of 25 days or more.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the listing. Guests must inform us of the number of guests and their ages.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICIES
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. to 7:00 PM. If you arrive before 4:00 PM, for your convenience, we offer you the option of leaving your suitcases inside your rented property until it is ready. Before arriving at the accommodation.
Guests must vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM. If you received a cash deposit, we will refund your deposit within a maximum of one week after verifying that the property is free of damage.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE ACCOMMODATION
The apartment is cleaned before guests' arrival. Upon departure, guests must leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition.
Please respect the house. Be moderate while you are here.
All guests must respect the house rules and not break the law and/or endanger the health of others. Please remember that you will be staying in a residential building. Guests staying at Dream Places apartments should note that hosting parties and/or playing loud music may disturb neighbors. If neighbors report the incident to the police, guests may be required to vacate the apartment immediately, forfeiting all amounts already paid for their stay. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
STOP! Please remember...
• Close the windows and doors of all rooms in the house ([hidden], bedrooms, etc.);
• Do not leave trash in the apartment;
• Do not leave food on the counters. Leave all used dishes clean;
• Collect the keys or leave them in the key box. Loss of key payment of €300.00;
• When leaving, turn off the lights and air conditioning. Any additional energy wasted will be taxed.
