The Villa Laura is a modern and elegant 4-bedroom property with free Wi-Fi, located just minutes from Albufeira Marina and 5 minutes by car from Peneco and São Rafael beaches. With a private pool (optional heating as an extra), it is the perfect setting for a family holiday.

On the first floor, the house has a bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom and closet, as well as two bedrooms with single beds (convertible to double). There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and two balconies ideal for outdoor breakfasts.

The lower floor features a games room with a billiards table and sofa, a bathroom with a bathtub and a laundry room. On the ground floor, the modern and fully equipped kitchen facilitates meal preparation. Here you will also find a bedroom with two single beds (convertible to double) and a private bathroom, as well as a bright living and dining room with direct access to the pool.

Outside, a brick barbecue and patio invite you to enjoy meals outdoors by the private pool.

Villa Laura is just a few metres from Albufeira Marina, with cafés, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Albufeira Old Town and its beautiful beaches are a 20-minute walk away. With free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, this villa guarantees comfort and fun for an unforgettable holiday!

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.
From the 9th to the 10th guest (1 adult + 1 baby), an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
