Villa Martinica is a charming holiday home located in a tranquil area between Guia and Galé, perfect for families seeking a refuge away from crowds. This 3-bedroom property offers a private pool and stunning countryside views.

With 3 bedrooms (2 with single beds and 1 with a double bed), all with private bathrooms, the villa also includes a service bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher, and provides access to a terrace with an outdoor dining area and traditional barbecue.

The living/dining room, with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi, leads to the pool area, where you can relax and enjoy rural views. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and grassy areas, perfect for children. There is also an outdoor dining table.

The villa is a 5-minute drive from Guia, with typical restaurants, and 10 minutes from Albufeira. Other beaches and attractions, such as Salgados Golf Course, are a short distance away.

Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.

The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).

There are some restrictions for group bookings.
A booking handling, insurance, and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.

Prices are for up to 6 people.
For the 7th and 8th persons, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an extra bed (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
