The living room has 2 environments, the living room and the dining room. The living area has two sofas and is equipped with a TV and air conditioning. Between the living area and the kitchenette is the dining table.

The kitchenette is very functional and fully equipped with Zanussi appliances, which guarantee the quality of cooking your meals.

The rooms, one suite with a double bed and the other with two single beds, have doors to the balcony, air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. Reservations made through Sales Channels and VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.

We do not accept bookings from people under 18. Reservations for people aged between 18 and 25 years old will be requested a deposit of 300€, which will be returned after verifying the good condition of the apartment. If anything is damaged, the amount of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
