Villa Saona is a magnificent holiday home in a prime location in Albufeira, just minutes from stunning beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and local attractions. Spacious and well-equipped, the villa features four bedrooms on the first floor: one double en suite and one twin en suite (both with a bathtub), plus one double bedroom and one twin bedroom sharing a common bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.

On the ground floor, you'll find a bright and airy living and dining area with direct access to the pool area, ideal for relaxing moments. A fully equipped kitchen and an additional WC complete this floor.

The outdoor space invites you to unwind, featuring a private heatable pool (available as an optional extra), sun loungers, a well-maintained garden, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area with space for al fresco dining. The property also offers private parking for two vehicles.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.

Prices for up to 8 people.
The 9th and 10th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €119 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
