This villa is located at the gateway to S. Rafael Beach – officially ranked among the top 20 beaches in the world.

The villa complex features a children's pool, an adult pool, and a jacuzzi where you can relax and enjoy your ideal vacation. There is also a garden with direct access to the villa, allowing you to keep an eye on your children. It is perfectly suited for 4 people (one additional person can be accommodated with an extra bed at an extra cost).

The villa is less than 6 years old, fully equipped, and has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, a large living room, two balconies (one with sea views), and a terrace with access to the garden and pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking – we provide pots, pans, etc. – but we do not provide cooking spices, cleaning products, or toiletries.

CAUTION - Please note that if you are a guest under 25 years of age or a party group, you will be required to pay a security deposit of €100 per person upon arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded upon departure.

We request that electricity bills be paid separately for LONG-TERM BOOKINGS OF 25 DAYS OR MORE.

Our guests have access to all areas of the house. They are welcome to use everything in the house. If they need an item, appliance, or anything more specific, we are happy to assist them.
The complex also features a private park.

This resort is located near the beach in a quiet area, ideal for tourists and those seeking a break from big cities and a beachside paradise. The neighborhood is quite peaceful, surrounded by both tourists and long-time residents.

It is located 2.5 km from Albufeira's Old Town.

The villa is in an exclusive area where the noise of nightlife and urban stress cannot reach. There is a grocery store about 10 minutes away where you can purchase basic supplies and essentials for your vacation. Several recommended restaurants are nearby. Albufeira Marina is a 30-minute walk away. Some beaches (S. Rafael, Praia dos Arrifes, and Praia da Coelha) are within a 10-minute walk. Other, more comprehensive supermarkets are less than a 5-minute drive away.

There is a bus stop less than 10 minutes away that can take you to the city center or anywhere else in the city. The tourist bus, which visits the main sights of our city, also stops at this stop. There is a taxi rank less than 10 minutes away on foot.
This complex has private parking.

Additional Rules and Necessary Information

• Please note that if you are a guest under 25 years of age, or a party group, we require a security deposit of €100 per person upon arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within one business week of departure.

If there is any damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, determine the repair costs in advance, and refund the difference.

• Early check-in may be possible if we do not have another departing guest on your arrival day. When there is a check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes up your time. We can only confirm early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2-3 days prior, along with the check-in information, which will be provided by my colleague in the Check-in/Check-out department.

The same applies to late check-out. It is always subject to availability.

• We allow all our guests to increase the number of people in their party when staying at our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, linens, and towels. The price for each additional person is €150 per week.

• We accept pets - you must inform us in advance that you are bringing your pet, and there is also a €150 security deposit plus an additional cleaning fee (to be calculated depending on the type of property).

• Our properties include enough bath towels for a comfortable holiday, depending on the number of people in the house. If you require additional towels or linens, we can provide them upon request for an extra charge.

• We can arrange an airport shuttle for you upon prior request.

• For stays longer than 25 days – typically during the winter season – we require payment of the electricity bill (calculated according to the type of property).

• We do not provide cooking condiments, cleaning products, or personal hygiene items.
