With capacity for up to 8 people, it has a total of 4 bedrooms, an independent annex and a pleasant outdoor area with a private pool and a covered area with a barbecue and space for outdoor meals – the ideal setting to enjoy the best that the Algarve has to offer.

HOUSE CHARACTERISTICS:

ROOMS: The main house has 3 bedrooms - two with double beds and one with two single beds. The annex has a double sofa bed, offering greater flexibility and privacy to guests.

ROOM: Spacious and welcoming, with dining and living area, television, fireplace, air conditioning and internet access (WiFi).

BATHROOMS: 3 complete bathrooms with shower, ensuring total comfort and convenience.

KITCHEN: Independent kitchen fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine and all essential utensils.

EXTERNAL ANNEX: Additional space with a double sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette and covered dining area with barbecue - ideal for outdoor socialising moments.

EXTERIOR: Private terrace with outdoor furniture, private pool and outdoor dining area.

PARKING: Private outdoor parking available near the property.

LOCATION: Located in the tranquil rural area of Vale de Parra, in Albufeira, just 1.5-2 km from Galé and Manuel Lourenço beaches. A few minutes from restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and attractions such as Zoomarine, Slide & Splash and the Salgados golf course.

Note: Our property requires a deposit of 500 €. Close to the check-in date, a request is sent to block the deposit on the credit card.

According to the municipal regulation, each guest shall pay a tourist tax of two euros between 01 April and 31 October and will be charged up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights for all guests aged 13 years or older. The value of the tourist tax is not included in the reservation value.
