The Marbella Apartment is a comfortable apartment located 20 meters from the wonderful Fishermen's Beach.

With a central location and a short distance from all amenities, this apartment is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends who wish to relax and enjoy the best the city has to offer.

Located on the second floor with access by elevator or stairs, this apartment offers free internet, a living room where you will find a comfortable double sofa bed, two single beds, and a bunk bed built into the entrance (additional cost), as well as a bathroom with a shower and a built-in wardrobe at the entrance.

It features a kitchenette with a dining table and chairs and a wonderful sea-view balcony where you can enjoy the outdoor barbecue and have a relaxing outdoor meal.

The Marbella apartment is located in the center of Albufeira, right in front of the Fishermen's Beach, where you have everything you need, a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies, for relaxing and memorable holidays.

The old town center of Albufeira is a few streets away, and the famous Oura Street is 5 minutes by car, where you will find the best bars and the best nightlife the city has to offer.

It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.

The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).

A reservation handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.

Prices are for up to 4 people.
For the 5th and 6th persons, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an additional bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).

According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
