Villa Belize is a charming 2-bedroom villa with a heated pool (optional), located in the quiet Jacarandá complex, in the heart of Oura, famous for its restaurants and bars. The villa is a short 5-minute walk from the beach and just 2.5 km from the old town of Albufeira. This villa is the ideal choice for those wanting a car-free holiday.

The property has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with a bathtub, a living/dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen. The bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and there is Wi-Fi access throughout the property.

The property features a heated pool (as an optional extra), a portable barbecue and a welcoming outdoor space to entertain your family and friends with an outdoor meal.

Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: € 250 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.

From the 5th to the 6th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional [hidden] € 98 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only € 21 each, per week)
