Filomena Golf Villa is a DreamPlaces recommendation if you want to be close to the beach and the best golf course in Albufeira!
4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 9 people. The pool and large garden make it ideal for families with children or golfing groups.
Filomena Golf Villa is located a 10-minute walk from the beach and great restaurants. Salgados Golf Course is a 4-minute walk away.

The villa features typical Portuguese decor, with traditional Algarve tiles. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a well-balanced vacation. It has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, all with balconies. The kitchen is spacious, as are the living and dining areas.

There is parking for up to 3 cars.

The poolside lounge is spacious, offering ample shade for a beautiful day by the pool on the lounge chairs we provide or for an afternoon barbecue!

We ask that electricity bills be paid separately for long-term bookings of 25 days or more.

Guests have access to all property facilities.

DreamPlaces - Holiday Rentals puts guests at ease, but we offer 24-hour customer service. We always have someone to meet you at check-in or to help with any other issues or questions.

As you can see from the photos of the sky, this villa offers great privacy. It is located on a flat plot, surrounded by countryside, very close to a lagoon. The neighbors are farmers in the surrounding fields. There are good restaurants nearby, and the nearest grocery store is a 2-minute drive or 20-minute walk away.

There's an Aldi supermarket nearby, as well as an Apolónia supermarket.

If you're coming with children, I recommend renting a car. Although everything you need for a well-balanced vacation is nearby, with a car you can move around freely and discover the most beautiful things our region has to offer.

You can always use our Private Transfer service, which can accompany you throughout your stay!

Additional Rules and Required Information

• Please note that if you are a guest under 25 years old, or a party group, we require a security deposit of €100 per person upon arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within one business week of departure.

If there is any damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, find out how to do it in advance, and refund the difference.

• Early check-in may be possible if we don't have any other guests departing on the day of your arrival. When checking out and checking in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes up your time. We can only confirm early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days in advance, along with the check-in information, which will be provided by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

The same applies to late check-out. It is always subject to availability.

• We allow all our guests to increase the number of people in their group when staying at our properties. This requires adding an extra bed, linens, and towels. The price for each additional person is €150 per week.

We can heat the pool for an additional fee (upon prior request).

• We accept pets - you must inform us of your pet's arrival with advance notice. There is also a €150 deposit plus an additional cleaning fee (calculated according to the type of property).

• Our properties are equipped with the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people in the house. If you require additional towels or sheets, we can provide them for an additional fee, upon request.

• We can arrange an airport shuttle for you, upon prior request.

• For stays of more than 25 days - normally during the winter season - we require payment of the electricity bill (calculated according to the type of property).
