A modern family villa located in Cerro de Aguia, just 500m from some great local restaurants and mini-markets, offering good outdoor space, great pool area, surrounded by lawns situated in a peaceful setting yet only a few minutes' drive to the nearest beach at Gale (2km) and the bars, beaches and restaurants of the resort of Albufeira.

On the ground floor there's a bright open-plan lounge, dining room which is a really cool and light space due to patio doors which lead to the pool. Lounge furniture includes a comfy sofa and armchair, a TV and DVD player showing a selection of English channels, and, in the dining area, a wood and glass table and chairs and also benefits from free WiFi. Also, on the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast table. There is also a WC bathroom, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom.

To the first floor you will find two further bedrooms, one double and one twin which share a bathroom.

Outside, there's a large terrace with high quality wooden dining furniture, and a brick-built barbecue oven. The magnificent swimming pool has Roman steps leading into the shallow end.
