Welcome to Villa Laiya, an elegant 4-bedroom villa with capacity for 9+3 guests, located in the tranquil residential area of Montechoro, Albufeira. This charming villa is within walking distance of bars and restaurants, making it an excellent choice for your holiday.

On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room with a sofa and a flat-screen television, as well as a cosy area around the fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, along with a dining table. Also on this floor, there is an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, another en-suite bedroom with a double bed, and an additional bathroom. A ping-pong table is available in the villa's central patio for leisure moments.

On the upper floor, the villa has a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with balconies overlooking the sea. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower.

Outside, you can enjoy a sun terrace next to the private pool, which can be heated for an additional fee, and a dining area with a barbecue.

Villa Laiya offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Located near the famous Albufeira Strip, with its vast selection of bars and restaurants, and just 1.5 km from Praia d'Oura, this property offers the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
