Quiet villa in Albufeira with private pool and air conditioning

Villa Waikiki is an excellent option for families or friends seeking peaceful holidays in Albufeira, just a 15-minute walk from the city centre and 2 km from the beaches. The property offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), a bathroom and a balcony. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, as well as a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine. The living/dining room is spacious and has direct access to the outdoor area with a pool.

The villa has an outdoor deck with a private pool (heatable as an optional extra), sun loungers, relaxation chairs, an outdoor dining table and a barbecue for outdoor meals.

Located in the quiet neighbourhood of Caliços, the villa is a 10-minute walk from supermarkets and local markets. The historic centre and Albufeira Strip are a 7-minute drive away.

It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organise transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC above what it would be without heating.

The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).

Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.

Prices are for up to 6 people.
For the 7th and 8th persons, an additional charge will be applied that includes an extra bed (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
