800m away from the lift of Praia do Túnel and downtown Albufeira, the proximity to restaurants and bars is ideal for those who value accessibility to the beach and at the same time want to discover downtown shopping with great restaurants, bars and terraces in addition to all available services.

A functional apartment, fully equipped for 4 people, consisting of an entrance hall, living room and dining room where you can enjoy your meals with a fabulous sea view, a bedroom, kitchenette and a bathroom. It faces south and has excellent sun exposure.

The living room, with a sofa bed with 2 single beds, with a mattress measuring 190cm x 90cm, a table with four chairs and is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. It also has a huge window with a sea view.

The kitchenette is very functional and equipped with the following appliances, electric stove with 4 hotplates, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and electric hot water cylinder, guaranteeing the quality of your meals.

The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, armchair and interior window. It uses the complete common bathroom.

This area of the city is peaceful and has everything close by, including access to Túnel beach, which can be accessed by elevator or stairs.
The center of Albufeira is increasingly attractive with its terraces, shops and handicrafts and lots of entertainment.
