Villa Waikiki is a welcoming and functional holiday home, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking tranquillity and comfort in a quiet area of Albufeira, with easy access to the main attractions of the city.

The living and dining area is spacious and bright, with direct access to the outdoor area, creating a pleasant space for relaxing and socialising throughout the day.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower, offering comfort and privacy, as well as a guest bathroom to support the common areas.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, served by a bathroom with shower, providing a well balanced and comfortable layout for guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped, practical and functional, designed to make meal preparation easy during the stay.

Outside, the villa features a pleasant deck with a private heatable pool (additional cost), an outdoor dining area, relaxation spaces and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying relaxed moments in good company.

Villa Waikiki is located in the peaceful area of Caliços in Albufeira, close to supermarkets, the city centre, bars, restaurants and the beaches of the region.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
