The accommodation is about 120 m2 and has been completely renovated and decorated with refinement. 2 bedrooms, one of them a suite with air conditioning, a spectacular living room and a living room also with air conditioning. Modern and fully equipped kitchen. Smart TV - HDMI, Internet Fiber. Balcony with outdoor furniture and a private covered parking for 1 car. The apartment is on the second floor of a residential building with an elevator.

Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment and common areas of the condominium.

Located just 5 minutes from the center of Albufeira and with easy access to enter or leave the city. The building has 3 floors, with 3 apartments per floor. Wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. Despite being in the city, the area is very quiet.

We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:
• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm: 45 euros
• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros
• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros

Rental services:
• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay
• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay

Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.

A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
