Villa located in Albufeira with excellent sea view. 1 minute from the supermarket and 5 minutes from Túnel Beach (Peneco Beach) and the centre of Albufeira, where you can find nightlife, restaurants and traditional commerce. Typically Algarvian house composed of: • Ground floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom • 1st floor: living room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and terrace • Upper floor: spacious rooftop with unique sea view Additional rules and information: • Guests pay €100 per person at check-in (cash or card), refunded by transfer up to 14 days after check-out, if no damage exists. • Check-in: 4 pm | Check-out: 10 am Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability (confirmation 2/3 days before). • Extra person: €150 (includes extra bed, sheets and towels). • Pet Friendly: animal cleaning fee €50 (inform in advance). • Towels included according to house capacity. Extras available upon request. • Airport transfer available upon prior request. • We do not provide cooking condiments, cleaning products or personal hygiene items.
