Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom apartment located in an apartment building close to the beach with communal pool. This apartment has capacity for 4 people.

The apartment has a very large balcony (approx. 30m2), accessible from both the living room and the main bedroom. Outside there is a sofa, and a dining table. The balcony is south facing.

There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. There are also two bathrooms, both with showers.

The accommodation is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, internet (Wi-Fi), television, hair dryer and air conditioning throughout the apartment. There is a sofa bed in the living room and there is plenty of parking.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine (nespresso), toaster and kettle.

There is also an outdoor swimming pool.

The beach, Praia Maria Luisa is just a short walk. There is also an fantastic cliff walk to the left side of the beach which takes you to Olhos d’Agua. Santa Eulalia beach is also near by.

Opposite the apartments is the entrance to Balaia Golf Course.

This lovely apartment is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, but with walking distance to the beach, the supermarket, restaurants and cafes, and all the amenities needed for an amazing vacation.

Please note the the swimming pool is currently closed over winter for maintenance.
