Top holiday home with parking right on the Town square of Alcalá and only 2 minute walk from the sandy beach. It´s located in the center of the small and quiet coastal village of Alcalá. Tastefully decorated, it offers everything you could need for a comfortable holiday. The highlight is, of course, the large and private roof terrace with an amazing view of the Atlantic and the neighbor island of La Gomera. The access is trough a spiral staircase from the living room. A dining table and 2 sun beds also guarantees for relax. Also, High Speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Netflix and a balcony is provided in the living and dining room. On the same floor, you find a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with 2 adjoined single beds and a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a a bathroom with shower. The car can be parked in the garage in the same building and the access is with remote control. The quiet village Town square is surrounded by laurel trees and different banks, a supermarket, a diving school and different bars and restaurants, which are wonderful to taste the local gastronomy. On Mondays even a small village market takes place, where you can also buy fresh fruit and vegetables directly from the local farmer. A beautiful beach promenade leads in just few minutes walk to 3 other small sandy beaches and natural pools, with bike paths, children's playgrounds, etc. Alcalá is still one of the few small coastal Towns in the South of the island, where you can still experience the local atmosphere. It´s a perfect holiday home for beach holidays, as well as for nature lovers who want to escape from the huge mass tourism centers of the Island.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
