The property has a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with integrated dining area, three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The highlight is the large terrace with fantastic views to the Atlantic and the neighboring island of La Gomera, the beach and small fishing port. Who does not want to walk 3 minutes to the beach has just in front of the house an access to the sea via a ladder. It is perfect for people who are looking for something different, bohemian and quiet in front of the sea. The other home in the house is almost empty because the homeowners does not live in the Island. The house is equipped with photovoltaic panels, in order to achieve maximum energy efficiency.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
