The urbanisation Tres Carabelas has an excellent location, with the port and Las Fuentes beach a 2 minute walk away, and the town centre just over a 10 minute walk. It has a communal swimming pool as well as a large garden area for sunbathing.

Just in front of the urbanisation is the michelin star restaurant ``ATALAYA'.

The studio has a terrace with beautiful views to the communal garden and palm trees, as well as partial sea views.

It has two single beds, a cosy living-dining room, with a comfortable sofa, which converts into a sofa-bed, TV, ceiling fan. Next, a small kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and all the basic kitchen utensils, as well as glasses, pans, pots, cutlery...

Finally, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine.
