Description of the accommodation

Ground floor in first line of sea, in the urbanization Tres Playas, very quiet and familiar. Flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for up to 4 people. With WiFi and air conditioning throughout the flat. Also parking space in a closed garage.

The urbanization Tres Playas is only 10 minutes walk from the Moro beach and Tropicana beach. Less than 15 minutes from the Crisdan supermarket. And approximately 30 minutes walk to the town centre. It is a family urbanisation.

The accommodation is distributed as follows:

At the entrance, on the left hand side, is the first bedroom, with two single beds. Next is the first bathroom. Next is the master bedroom en-suite, with double bed and en-suite bathroom.

We continue towards the living room, where on the left hand side we see the open-plan kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave...), and on the right hand side the living-dining room.

Finally, the jewel of the flat, a large chill-out terrace with lateral sea views, a perfect place to really disconnect.

It has a communal swimming pool, which is never very crowded, thanks to the fact that the number of flats in the block is not very high.


*It is ground floor, but there is a flight of stairs to access the urbanisation.
