IMPRESSIVE villa with private pool in the Marcolina urbanisation. With a maximum capacity for 8 people, this villa has a swimming pool (open all the rental season), surrounded by sunbeds with parasols, as well as a barbecue area, and three chill-out terraces with incredible views of both the mountains and the sea.

The house is distributed over two floors. It is accessed through the upper floor. On entering, on the right hand side there is a bright living room with access to one of the terraces, which has a large dining table as well as a sofa and armchairs to relax and contemplate the views. Next, a dining room open to the rest of the rooms of the house.

We continue with the independent kitchen, very well equipped (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave...).

And finally, the two bedrooms on the upper floor, as well as the bathroom with bathtub. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.


We go down the stairs to the lower floor, where we find the en-suite bedroom with private terrace. It has a double bed and its own bathroom with shower. It is very spacious, and on the terrace we enjoyed once again the unbeatable views.

The house has air conditioning and ceiling fans in some rooms.

There is a private outdoor parking space.
