Located in C/Penya Ventosa, this beautiful villa has an excellent location, in a very quiet and familiar environment.

The exterior of the house is a spacious and private space. It has a private swimming pool (with weekly maintenance included) and a large garden surrounding the house. In addition, there is a hammock area for sunbathing. And finally, a barbecue equipped to have lunch and dinner with the family at any time of the year.

The house has air conditioning, WIFI and parking for 2 cars.

Already inside the house, on the ground floor we have the living room, with high ceiling, and that, like the rest of the rooms of the house, stands out for its great amplitude. It is equipped with two comfortable sofas, television and even a small work area.

The independent kitchen is excellently equipped, with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, etc.... Through it we reach a bright dining room, with large windows that make it a perfect place to eat in summer or winter.

Finally on this level, a large outdoor terrace, with furniture for breakfast or lunch in the fresh air.
