Outside, the two incredible terraces invite you to spend the most time outdoors. The first terrace is at the entrance, and there, you can have fantastic dinners or enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning. On the second terrace, the sunbeds and sofas invite you to sunbathe under the warm Mallorcan sun until sunset.

Once inside, the house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room equipped with air conditioning in which you can enjoy the satellite TV. The gas kitchen is well-equipped to cook your best dishes. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower on this floor. On the first floor, we find the 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The two bedrooms have access to the terrace and incredible views of the sea. There's a sofa bed in the living room, so the property has a total capacity of 5 people. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor. This nice house features a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, as well as a cot, a high chair, and a fan on request.

There are many leisure options in Puerto de Alcudia: water sports, good gastronomic offers, shops, supermarkets, nightlife,... The beach is one of the largest beaches on the island with fine sand and crystalline waters, but you can also visit other coves like Mal Pas or Manresa. Tuesdays and Sundays take place at the market in Alcúdia's old town. Furthermore, you can visit the chapel of La Victoria.
