The apartment has two cozy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed of 180 cm and the other with a practical bunk bed of 90 cm, ideal for families or small groups.
For larger groups, there is the option of renting the neighboring apartment. This means that additional guests can be comfortably accommodated in the same house (on request).
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub-shower to relax after a day full of adventures.
The spacious living room is the heart of the house, with comfortable sofas, air conditioning and a dining area that invites you to share unforgettable moments. The kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, so that you will not lack anything during your stay.
At the entrance, a cozy private terrace awaits you to enjoy the sun and the sea breeze with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset.

The apartment also has high speed wifi, washing machine, iron and TV to make you feel at home. Everything is designed to make your experience comfortable, practical and memorable.

Important Notice:

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Beach towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

The living room offers air conditioning 24 hours a day.

Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys.

Supermarkets, restaurants, bar, pharmacies and shops are only a few steps away from the holiday accommodation.
The lively Puerto Alcúdia with its harbour promenade and the beautiful old town of Alcúdia can be reached by car or bus directly from the main road in just a few minutes. The old fishing port, where you can buy freshly caught fish, is definitely worth a visit.Along the modern marina, a beautiful waterfront promenade has been created, which is a pedestrian zone inviting you to stroll under palm trees. Very good restaurants, bars and various shops offer a variety of Mediterranean specialities and international dishes as well as good shopping opportunities.
A short 25-minute walk will take you to the old town of Alcudia, which has become very popular in recent years and is one of the most beautiful on the island. The old town is surrounded by a wall and the interior is full of terraces, cafés, shops, shops of all kinds, where you can experience the true spirit of Mallorca.
