With three spacious bedrooms and capacity for up to six people, this 157 m² villa offers you a comfortable and fully equipped retreat with spectacular views of the garden and swimming pool.

Located in a quiet and rural area, our farm is the perfect refuge for those who wish to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Mallorca. From here, you will have easy access to a variety of exciting activities and points of interest that make this region so special.

Just 4 km away, the water park "Hidropark" promises endless fun for the whole family, while 5 km away, you'll find the impressive sandy beach "Pollença Bay", ideal for relaxing under the sun or enjoying exciting water sports. The American kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, provides you with the flexibility to prepare your own meals, with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils. You will also find a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle so that your mornings can start with a good coffee or tea.

IMPORTANT:

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
