'Can Pau' (Sa Vinya Vella) is a lovely and quiet villa where you can feel the nature of the Mediterranean countryside located just 1km. to the relaxing beaches of Sant Pere and Sant Joan of Alcudia (Bay of Pollensa).

Can Pau is a refurbished traditional Majorcan house with garden, fruit tree area, a cosy pool and terraces. It was just built on June 2008 keeping the essence of an original historic house.
Inside the house there are 3 Bedrooms. A main bedroom with a double bed and AC and two twin bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each one. There are two family bathrooms and a dining area next to the fully equipped kitchen. You have also a hall with a sofa area where you will find a satellite TV with International channels adn Wifi. All rooms of the house have air conditioning.

There is a porch close to the gardens and a cosy swimming pool with deck terrace to enjoy the Mediterranean way of life.

There is a second building with an outdoor dining area and breakfast area under a shadow, a BBQ, and a roost with chickens and fresh eggs.

Can Pau is located just 600 meters to the historical center of Alcudia, a Roman and medieval village plenty of cosy bars and restaurants in a quiet atmosphere.

Just 1,5 km away you´ll find Puerto de Alcudia beach, Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accessible from the beach path.
