With 180 m² and capacity for up to 6 people, the villa is distributed over three levels:

On the upper floor: a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

On the ground floor: two bedrooms with single beds (one also with an en-suite bathroom), an additional bathroom, spacious living room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

In the basement: laundry area, an extra bathroom and a second living room with TV, perfect for resting or playing.

Outside you will enjoy a private pool, furnished terrace, barbecue and street parking right in front of the property.

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.
