Bon Pas has been designed with special consideration for accessibility, being completely suitable for people with reduced mobility. The villa is distributed on a single floor and has wide doors to facilitate wheelchair access, as well as a fully equipped bathroom for people with disabilities.

This cosy property can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. The main house can accommodate 4 people, while the independent annex, located 20 metres away, offers space for 2 adults and 2 children. The main house includes two double bedrooms and a bathroom, while the annex consists of two connected rooms and a fully equipped bathroom adapted for people with disabilities, making it a perfect option for families with children.

Each room in the villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year. Additionally, the villa offers an independent, fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven and ceramic hob, giving guests the freedom to prepare their own meals if they wish.

The place is a true paradise to enjoy the summer, thanks to its spacious private swimming pool surrounded by lush gardens. Additionally, it features an outdoor shower with cold and hot water, sun loungers for sunbathing, and a Balinese bed to immerse oneself in the tranquillity of the island.

The property also offers numerous entertainment areas for both adults and children, with a basketball hoop, ping-pong table, two slides, two mini football goals, a badminton and volleyball court, a golf training area with 7 holes, swings, hammocks, a wooden treehouse for children, and bicycles for adults and children.

The porch surrounds the villa and offers various spaces to enjoy the outdoors, including a spacious table for outdoor meals in good company, an area with comfortable armchairs, a barrel table with stools, and another outdoor dining area next to an outdoor kitchen with a grill, ideal for preparing delicious roasted meals. The barbecue area is fully equipped and firewood is provided free of charge. Additionally, the property has private parking and the plot is fully fenced, ensuring the safety and privacy of guests.
