A beautiful house in Puerto de Alcudia is ideal for families with children or groups of friends. It accommodates up to 6 guests.
You can enjoy a magnificent holiday sunbathing in the lawn garden, with its two comfortable loungers overlooking the beautiful views of the canal. You will find an ideal furnished terrace where you can celebrate outdoor meals surrounded by your family or friends or prepare a good barbecue in the mobile barbecue. There is an outside shower so you can cool off on those days of intense sun. The plot is completely fenced.




The house of about 118 m2 is distributed on two floors and has an air conditioning unit on each floor. On the ground floor you will find the living room that shares space with the dining room, where there are two comfortable sofas where you can watch your favourite series or films on the satellite TV and a table with 6 chairs where you can have lunch or dinner in a fresh and luminous atmosphere. The independent and gas kitchen is modern and practical, it has all you need to cook your best dishes; besides, on this same floor, there is a bathroom with a normal shower. The laundry room is separate and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of them with double beds, wardrobes and access to a small balcony with unobstructed views of the canal and a third bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe. A cot and high chair are provided for our youngest guests. The bathroom on this floor is practical and modern with a normal bathtub.

The area of Puerto de Alcudia is ideal for enjoying a great holiday with your family or friends thanks to its wealth of leisure and shopping, you can practice different activities such as horseback riding, boat, water attractions, or riding a quad.
Only 500 m away you will find the incredible beach of Puerto de Alcudia, famous for its crystal clear waters and fine white sand, where you can enjoy a well-deserved holiday break.

- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season . The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours of receiving the email. - We cannot accept guests under 25 years old unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests to accept the booking.
