This lovely seafront apartment in Puerto de Alcudia is ideal for a family beach holiday, especially with children. It has a capacity of 4-6 people.

The coquettish apartment is located on the first floor of a four-unit gated residential complex. Spend a lazy afternoon in the shared garden, where you will find twelve sun loungers for sunbathing. The garden has direct access to the beach, so you can take a refreshing bath whenever you want. Start your day with a delicious breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the gentle Mediterranean breeze.




Once inside you have a beautiful and bright living room with TV-Sat and AC. The kitchen has a gas stove and is equipped with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. If you want to stay in for your meals, just take the table from the terrace. There are three bedrooms, two of which have a closet. One offers a double bed, the second has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The latter has a 90 x 180 bunk bed, so we recommend it for children. There is a second bathroom with a shower for the rest of the flat. The laundry room is shared with other apartments and has two washing machines, an iron, and an ironing board.




Alcudia's Bay is known for its fine sandy beach and wide range of water sports. If you prefer a small rocky beach with crystal clear water, you might like the rocky Victoria's Beach. The center of Puerto de Alcúdia is nice for dining accompanied by a few drinks. Besides, it is a good place for groceries and clothes shopping. By boat, bike, or car you can explore the northernmost part of Mallorca, the lighthouse of Cap Formentor, and take a few photos. The picturesque old town of Alcúdia is recommended on Sundays and Tuesdays because there is a market. In addition to fruits and vegetables, they offer handicrafts and knick-knacks.

- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid in cash on site at check-in. The amount varies between 0.55 € / night and guests during low season and 2.2 € / night and guests during high season. The tax is halved from the 9th day of your stay. All guests must pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years old. Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit must be paid by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours of receiving the email.
