This charming two-story terraced house in Puerto de Alcúdia offers partial sea views and accommodates 4 to 5 guests. Stylishly decorated with vibrant touches, the house features a furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast al fresco. An additional upper terrace, accessible from one of the bedrooms, provides an inviting spot to savor a glass of wine in the evening while soaking up the Mediterranean breeze. Spend leisurely afternoons lounging in the sun on one of the two provided sunbeds.

On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming living room with air conditioning, seamlessly connected to the dining area. The space, equipped with satellite TV and access to the terrace, is perfect for enjoying a family movie night. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen with a gas hob has everything you need. Additionally, there is a shower room on this floor. The upper level includes another shower room, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a master bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. The sofa in the living area can be converted into an individual sofa bed. This lovely home also offers a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, and on request, a cot, high chair, and fan.

The northern part of Alcúdia is known for its small, hidden coves like Sant Joan. On Tuesdays and Sundays, the market in the old town of Alcúdia takes place. Additionally, you can visit the Chapel of La Victoria.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid in cash upon check-in. The amount varies between €0.55 per night per guest during the low season and €2.20 per night per guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half starting from the 9th day of your stay. All guests must pay the Ecotasa, except those under 16 years of age.
